Helping hands did a fantastic job at helping me to complete immigration paperwork. Initially, I was a little nervous and frustrated about having to unexpectedly go to the local Immigration Office in Yokohama and have to handle official documents completely written in Japanese. However when I contacted Helping Hands, they already knew what I needed and were able to quickly assist in translating the services that I needed. Helping Hands pretty much saved me in a pinch at a time that I had to expeditiously process forms for work Visas and Residency Cards. Helping Hands was on time, efficient, and reliable. Kate has been a gem. Having known her for over 3 years and witnessing her ongoing endeavors to learn Japanese and all about Japan's culture and its people I am blessed to call Kate my friend.
